Identity System · 2026
Thomas Peng. Identity.
The modular P: a grid of nine cells, one held active. An evolution of the original tetris-block mark, recast in engineered precision. The active cell reads as a verified result, a live node, a signal confirmed. Built on 15px modules, 0.6px radius, zero ornament.
The Grid-P
Nine modular cells on a 72px grid. Eight carry the primary field. One upper-right cell activates. On dark grounds currentColor renders light; on light grounds it renders dark. The accent cell holds its hue in both contexts.
Choose Your Signal
The active cell accepts one accent. Three candidates, each with a distinct register. Pick one and use it system-wide.
Precise, technical, trusted. Reads as data and signal. Strongest contrast with the neutral field. Recommended
Warm, human, craft. Creates tension with the engineered grid. Distinct in a sea of blue-tech brands.
Maximum restraint. No accent cell distinction. Best for one-color print or emboss use.
Wordmark Pairings
Two typeface options. Each shown horizontal, stacked, and mark-only, on both light and dark grounds. Cabinet Grotesk for warmth and confidence; JetBrains Mono for on-concept engineered precision.
